Summer Camp Update

In light of the various covid restrictions for our health district, we have made a few decisions about our upcoming camps. Unfortunately, we are not going to be able to have our basketball camp this summer. We are currently postponing our Jr High camp to the first full week of August. It is yet to be determined if this will be a 2, 3, or 4 day camp given the guidelines. A more definitive decision will be made as the various state guidelines are released.
We are keeping our elementary camps as scheduled pending our health district is moved into phase 2. We feel able to reasonably do camp within those guidelines and will do our best to accommodate.
We are also making preparations for Travel Camp as well die top online casinos.
We understand in these uncertain times that there are going to be varying comfort levels and we want to respect that. That said, registrations can be easily refunded or can be donated to CRC. Thank you for your support and prayer!

Work Day Moved to April 6th!

Our workday that was planned for the 23rd and then the 30th will now be April 6th.  (Having any equipment on the grass would do more harm than good at this point.)  We are going to mainly be doing tree trimming and tree removal.  We’ll be working from 9-1 with a lunch meal provided best site.  Thanks in advance if you are able to join us!  (Any chainsaws, trimmers, and/or tree removal equipment is welcomed!)

Concert Run-down

We had a great first run at hosting a larger event at CRC and are looking forward to doing it again in the future.  There were roughly 300 in attendance and a lot of volunteers helped things to run smoothly!  Here are a couple pictures from the evening kaufen levitra generika.

40 Year Reunion Wrap-up

Merry Christmas from all of us at The Christian Resource Center,

Many apologies for this slightly overdue update, but we wanted to give those of you who were unable to make the Travel Camp Reunion a run-down of how the amazing day went.  The morning started off with coffee and great caramel rolls during the registration time.  It was fun to see eyes light up as old friendships were rekindled and fond memories were shared.

The formal part of the morning kicked-off with a few introductions and Bill Honsberger leading some vintage silly and serious songs.  Paul and Kathy shared about the history of Travel Camp, a few highlights and fun memories, and a gratefulness for the opportunity to be involved in something that God has used to change and shape lives die top online casinos.  Gary Oliver, who helped Travel Camp get started at CRC, was unable to attend but sent a nice video with a few memories and a congratulations to Paul and Kathy for putting on over 40 Travel Camps!

The floor was then opened up for sharing to anyone that wanted to.  You never know exactly how an “open-mic” session will go, but leading up to the reunion we prayed on multiple occasions for the day and God definitely answered as many took the opportunity to share!  Some of the highlights of this were hearing from former staff, and hearing about funny pranks and mishaps along with how God had used His Word and the lives of the staff and the other campers to influence people for the growth and spread of the Kingdom.  The morning definitely went by too quickly. We wrapped up our morning with a praise time led by Clayton Kliewer and Jeremy and Sara LaBrie as well as a few closing thoughts by Jordan Grantham.

The delicious noon meal was served by T&L Catering and that was followed by era pictures.   You can also visit us on facebook: CRC – Christian Resource Center. Lastly, you can also view pictures of the day using the hashtag #travelcamp40. The afternoon was open for families to enjoy the CRC grounds, and many continued to visit and reminisce. The evening was spent with an open to the public concert with I Am They, Remedy Drive, and Ryan Martinez.  The concert had roughly 300 attenders and was a great end to the day.

The last item we would like to touch on is the Travel Camp Book that Kathy is writing and compiling!  We would love to have your input!!  Please email back by January 7th, any TC story, funny or impactful, that might be a good addition to the book.  We are hoping to get the books printed in late January.  Also, if you would like to order one please send $15 to CRC attention “TC Book” to help cover printing and mailing.  The books are being spiral bound and this will give us a good idea of how many to order.  We are also going to be making our CRC updates available through email.  If you would like to be on the list that gets 1-2 updates per year please email  “update” to jordangrantham.crc@gmail.com .

Travel Camp has been used by God over the years and we are praying that that would continue!  Lord willing, we will be able to celebrate many more years of Travel Camp!  Thank you in advance for your prayer and support!
